SolarShare Service Standards & Processing Timelines

 

At SolarShare, we are committed to transparent communication and reliable service for our members and investors. The timelines below outline our standard response and processing expectations.

Communication

 

• Email inquiries: Response within 24 business hours
• Phone voicemails: Response within 48 business hours

Investment & Payment Processing

 

• Interest payments: Processed within up to 10 business days of the scheduled payment date
• Bond principal repayments (maturities): Processed within up to 10 business days of the maturity date
• New investment processing: Completed within up to 10 business days of receiving a complete application

Most transactions are completed sooner than the timelines listed above.

How Processing Works

 

SolarShare processes payments via electronic funds transfer (EFT). Due to banking system limits and batch processing requirements, transactions may be initiated and released over multiple days—particularly during periods of high volume such as bond maturities.

Processing timelines reflect the time required for SolarShare to review, approve, and initiate transactions.

Third-Party Timing

 

Once a payment has been initiated, the timing of funds appearing in your account may vary depending on your financial institution and is outside of SolarShare’s control.

If we anticipate a delay beyond the timelines outlined above, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates proactively.
